Speedrecord SA is an enthusiast driven body, formed to assist teams and individuals who may consider attempting any form of World or National land based speed record in South Africa.
It is totally independent, being in no way connected with any Government Department, Sporting, or Commercial undertaking. South Africa has several large pans with playa type surfaces suitable for staging all categories of Land Speed Record attempts.
